Founder, Ana de Castro‘s passion is to help others achieve optimal health by balancing out their physical and emotional health with their commitment to their career & education, healthy relationships and inner peace. She does this by getting to know each of her clients and helps them reach their full potential on the inside so it can be seen on the outside.
Being in the nutrition and fitness industry myself, I tend to be very particular and do quite a bit of research before I choose a trainer & coach. Well, when I met Ana, I knew I met my match. The workouts were always challenging and unique. There was a mix of free weights, plyometrics, light weights and power lifting and circuits, in addition to her many special surprise exercises she always had for me.
She had very specific training techniques & routines for my body type and she worked around my crazy injures, too. I was able to lose a great amount of body fat and get in the best shape of my life. Thank you Ana for all your support, motivation and butt kicking!Shanel
I am a competitive cyclist and felt that I was in good physical condition until I started training with Ana. I was tired of riding a trainer during the winter months and wanted to try something totally different. I met with her to assess my fitness level, goals, limitations etc. She then designed a plan for me and I started working out 3 days/week.
After one session it’s safe to say I was hooked. Now I have been training between 4 and 5 times per week now for about 6 weeks. I have lost about 19 lbs. and am so much stronger than when I started. The results have been amazing!! I can’t wait to see how my newfound fitness level translates to the road!!!Carl
I came to Ana with the goal of being under 200lbs. I wanted to feel better and have my clothes fit better. Before I started working with Ana I was uncomfortable with my body, but she made me so positive about myself. Since applying Ana’s methods to fitness and wellness I have lost over 30 lbs, my clothes fit better, I am eating better, and feel better about my body.
